How long until my server is ready?
Most servers are provisioned within the hour after your payment is verified. During busy periods it can take a little longer — you can track the status in your dashboard.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept local bank transfer and common wallets. You attach the payment proof when you order, and our team verifies it before provisioning.
Do I get full root access?
Yes. Every VPS comes with full root SSH access, plus a password reset and a web terminal directly in your dashboard.
Can I reinstall the OS or change apps later?
You can install one-click apps from your dashboard any time. If you need a full OS reinstall, open a support ticket and we'll handle it for you.
What happens when my plan expires?
We send reminders before expiry. You can renew from your dashboard; if a renewal lapses we keep your data for a grace period before the server is suspended.
Is there a refund or replacement?
If the hardware fails we replace the server. For billing questions, contact support — we'll work it out fairly.
