Privacy Notice

• Account: your name, email address and hashed password — nothing else is required.
• Orders & servers: the plan you ordered, payment records you submit (amount, reference), and the server details we provision for you (IP, SSH host, temporary credentials).
• Usage monitoring: your server reports CPU/RAM/disk metrics and app statuses to our dashboard so you can watch it live. These are machine metrics only — we do not read the content inside your server.
• Support: tickets, chat pre-sales messages and their attachments, kept so our team can help you.

To activate and renew your server, bill accurately, prevent fraud, and provide support. We do not sell your data and we do not run advertising trackers on our portal.

We are a human-verified payment portal (FPX / online banking and crypto). We record the payment reference and amount you submit for verification. We never see or store your bank login, card number, or wallet private keys.

Only essential cookies: your session (stay logged in), your cart contents, and a CSRF security token. There are no analytics or advertising cookies on this site.

Only the upstream infrastructure providers that run your server — and only the minimum needed to provision it (plan spec and server OS choice). Legal disclosures only when required by Malaysian law.

Account data is kept while your account exists; order/invoice records are kept as long as Malaysian tax law requires. Email support@michigostudio.my with your account email and we will delete or export your personal data within 30 days, except records we must keep by law.

Portal over HTTPS only, hashed passwords, CSRF protection, rate-limited login, and encrypted credential storage for server access shown only to you after login. No system is perfectly safe — use strong unique passwords.
